2012 Compensation and Improving yet Cloudy 2013
March 2013
Johnson Associates presented at the WSCB about modestly positive financial services incentives in 2012. Major investment and commercial banks were up, driven by fixed income and cost-cutting. Asset management broadly more positive, particularly outlook for hedge funds. Senior executives at European firms fared more poorly in light of EU compensation caps and state-owned / dominated banks.
