Johnson Associates presented a lookback and final projection for year-end financial services incentives at its annual conference. 2015 not expected to be a strong year, with headlines of weaker markets, highlighting cost and capacity problems for financial services. While investment banking advisory expected to be a bright spot (up 20%), fixed income projected to be down 10% – 20%. Hedge funds not delivering expected returns, and European banks continue to face economic and political headwinds. Equity and ownership continues to increase in importance.
