Johnson Associates presented at its October Conference. The year-end of 2006 shows clearly and broadly increased compensation levels versus 2005. There is an accelerating staffing increase with a focus on high-end talent. Heavy use of restricted stock for public company executives. The year shows the importance of firm scale, with large firms outpacing / out-paying competitors.
