After the second quarter, Johnson Associates broadly projects lower incentive compensation across financial services.  Modest decreases expected for asset management, while major investment banks down across most businesses.  Employee perception impacted by higher market appreciation; firms will need a strategy to deal with this disconnect.  Retail and commercial banking incentives up slightly on solid deposits and loan growth.
